What a pleasure to deal with a company that cares about their product and the end result for the client. Ally (surveyor) was pragmatic, knowledgable and always positive when faced with a possible tough/tight site delivery. I always felt confidence in what was promised and so it turned out. The sliders have transformed our interface between house and garden. Just solid, well built beautiful doors & roof. The installation team were again just superb in every respect. A pleasure to have them in our home. I can't recommend this company more highly.

We had our bifold doors installed with 1st folding just over 10 years ago, we were so impressed with the quality of the product and the professional service we received that we then went on to have our entire house fitted with their windows and doors. Marcus and his crew have been fantastic to work with, the fitters have always been tidy and polite, especially Richard and Dan! Nine years down the line we had a problem with one of the integrated blind panels, we spoke to Jenny (she must be the most efficient and professional customer service person I have ever dealt with) and within a few days someone had come round to rectify the issue. We are now in the process of getting an extension built with a frameless roof lantern and have once again chosen them for the project. One of the reasons I will be returning is their exceptional ability to deal with any issues, which I’ve found is quite a rarity with companies these days. Finding a great product is one thing but finding a company who will stand by their product, and not come up with 101 excuses as to why it’s not covered in the guarantee, is a totally different ball game.

We’ve just had our second glazing installation completed on our kitchen extension, both with 1st Folding Sliding Doors, and are so happy we went with this company. Yan and his colleague installed our glass roof and sliding doors, and then the husband and wife installation team visited this week, to install our heritage French doors, and a fixed window and heritage single door. Both teams were brilliant. The quality of the fitting exceptional (so much so my builder commented that the work was the best he had seen in years) and we are so happy with the result. Special thanks to the husband and wife team, who visited on Sunday to make sure we had the job finished as soon as possible. They were super friendly and exceptionally professional. A real credit to the company.

We ordered slimline sliding doors with heritage bars and a roof light. They were installed this week and they look awesome! We were so happy with the service from start to finish; from first contact with the sales team (Sahonna and Anastasia, to being invited to visit Seble's house to see the sliding doors in situ, to Richard the surveyor, to Marcus and Danny for their advice, to the installation guys who were amazing and everyone else. We did a lot of research before deciding which company to go with. These guys were competitively priced and the overall impression we got from our dealings swung it in their favour. We are so happy with how the doors look, and the rooflight, and we have and will recommend them to anyone looking for anything like this.

Excellent customer and repair/fitting service. Really thorough and reliable. What really stood out was their ability to prioritise us when the door locking needed repairing.

Experienced engineer showed up as scheduled and carried out repairs to our 19-year-old folding sliding door – which we have been and are very happy with. He went above and beyond the scope of the job, replacing two hinges and giving our kitchen/garden door a thorough service. The door was installed in 2006 and has performed better than many I've seen in other homes and offices, resisting even a burglary attempt, owing to laminated exterior glass and solid yet smooth framing.

We have used 1st Sliding Doors services for three properties to date and regularly recommend them to anyone wanting glazings from amazing sliding doors, skylights, windows and doors. Most recently we had pleasure of Daniel and Jenny visiting our home who installed replacement glazing for us. They were both polite, friendly and professional. We’ve been really happy with our doors and windows since they were installed. Two of our doors had dropped slightly since installation, but they’ve been swiftly corrected by Daniel and work like new! Jenny was fantastic scheduling the service appointment, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Great service!
